Wow Room 4, you are using such good mathematical language. I think you could even come and teach my class about the direction of rows and columns.

We also are learning about grids, but we call them arrays. They have rows and columns just like your grids. And they help us work out multiplication tables. We did a task about girls sharing marbles.

Thank you for your positive comment. We have also done a problem with sharing marbles. We also had to share toys, fruit, carrots and cupcakes, we just wish they were real cupcakes.
